We check your pool equipment.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We verify your automatic pool cleaner function.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the correct minerals and chemicals to keep your water in peak condition.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We vacuum your pool.

We brush your pool (steps, walls, tiles).

Your Duties

Maintain proper water level.

Report to us any findings of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when necessary.

Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $69 quarterly for most stabilizer package services for those on a weekly plan.
